[Halld-controls] Controls meeting tomrorrow (Thurs)

Hi,

The Controls meeting will switch rooms starting tomorrow, probably to 
L207, I'll let you know when everything is finalized.  I'll send out an 
agenda for tomorrow's meeting later today.

One major topic will be lessons learned from the coil test and what 
needs to be changed for the full solenoid controls system.  Note that 
the full system needs to be operational about a year from now.
