[Halld-controls] Update

We have been working on updates to the piping and instrumentation 
diagram of the solenoid system that reflect the four coil configuration 
with the re-designed cryogenics can/valve box that sits on top of the 
magnet. The changes are only with the numbers, types, and/or names of 
the cryogenic channels associated with the cryo-can valve box. The coil 
specific channels remain the unchanged. I will compile a list of the 
specific changes and will have a draft version of the updated P&ID 
available next week for discussion.
