Hi,

We currently have over a hundred manuals in the database!

With such a large number we need to have conventions on the columns or 
it will be difficult to search the database.  I propose we use the 
"Category" column to refer to the system the manual belong to, e.g. A-B 
PLC, vacuum controller, UPS, leak detector, etc.  Some of the entries 
are too generic, e.g. Software (could refer to software for anything), 
cryogenics (has a zillion components), etc.  I'll go through it and 
modify a few entries.

Of course we still have the manufacturer column, so it's not as bad as 
it sounds.
