[Halld-controls] New fields for JInventory database

Hi,

Following Hovanes' suggestion I will add a few fields so we won't have 
to squeeze everything into one field.  Current new field requests are:

     IPName
     MAC_Address

Note that if a device has two MAC address we'll just list both of them 
in the new field separated by a space.

I'm thinking to leave the Telecom field as it is as a catch-all for 
miscellaneous other telecom information, e.g. RS485 address, and use the 
scheme Josh and I came up with (e.g. "RS485=2") to specify other telecom 
information.

I'd like to add all the fields at once as it's a bit tedious.  Please 
let me know ASAP if you think we need additional fields beyond the three 
discussed above.  I plan on adding them tomorrow (after my Open House 
shift).
