[Halld-controls] Very brief minutes from Hall D Controls Meeting 6-Sep-2012

Hi,

Status reports were very brief, most of the meeting consisted of Beni's 
presentation of the gas system.  A drawing of the gas system is 
referenced in the minutes.  Beni will update the drawing based on 
comments and suggestions, then make another presentation when Josh and I 
have had a chance to work out a controls strategy and hardware shopping
