[Halld-controls] Hall D controls meeting this Thurs

Hi,

Kindly send topics for the Controls meeting this Thurs morning. I'll try 
to get the agenda out later today or tomorrow morning.

Vanik is leaving soon so I figure he can give a final presentation 
concerning what he's been working on these past six months or so.

Also, as usual, Dave can give an update on PLC stuff, and Hovanes on 
EPICS stuff.
