[Halld-controls] Unlikely to have Hall D Controls meeting this week due to solenoid testing

Hi,

With luck we should be in the middle of the solenoid test by Thurs, so 
it looks like we won't be having a meeting.  I'll write again if 
something changes.  Also, there's the GlueX software workshop on Thurs, 
but I don't think there's much overlap with the Controls meeting.
