[Halld-controls] Parts List Input for FCAL Slow Controls

Hi Dan,

You could contact Jim Fochtman to get the part number for a combined 
temperature/humidity sensor he specified for another project.  
Otherwise, I recommend that you buy DIN rail mountable units, to save 
fabrication/installation time.
