[Halld-controls] Databases and mIgration of Allen-Bradley stuff off 36/88 subnets onto Hall D Controls network (26 subnet)

Hi,

We simultaneously need to:  1) move all the A-B stuff to the Hall D 
Controls network (from 36/88 subnets) so that Dave B can proceed with 
commissioning of the new controls equipment in the hall,  2) keep 
gluon01 on the 36 subnet so it can continue as a boot server and perform 
other tasks on the subnet, and 3) maintain the connection between the 
A-B software and the database on gluon01.

Paul's proposal is to temporarily open a hole in the firewall between 
the 26 and 36 subnets that will allow computers on the 26 subnet to 
access the MySQL database on gluon01.  Brent has agreed.

Thus if we don't hear any objections in the very near future we will 
proceed with moving all the A-B stuff to the 26 subnet while keeping 
gluon01 on the 36 subnet.

If you have a better solution please let me know ASAP!
