[Halld-controls] Slow Controls meeting at 10am

Hi,

let's have a slow controls meeting today in A110.
I will probably not be at JLAB by 9:30am because
of a doctors appointment, but I would like us to see where
we are with different projects. SO LET'S MEET at 10am instead
(30 minute later than usual time).
