[Halld-controls] Solenoid PLC interface IOC reboot

Hi,

I would like to reboot the EPICS IOC for Hall D solenoid-to-PLC 
interface sometime Monday
(01/11/16) afternoon, at around 2pm to add a few new PVs. I do not 
expect any problems, but
it may take up to an hour if I run into problems. Let me know if this 
will cause problems so that
I can pick another time.
