[Halld-controls] Hall D controls meeting on November 10, 2016

Here's the datasheet for the burned up IC on the board.

It's actually a chip from National Semiconductor, but TI bought them out.

Attached is a microscope capture of the IC, you can clearly see the logo and part number (2nd line). The first line has stuff like wafer/lot #, etc.
