[Halld-controls] EPICS GUIs on gluon01-gluon05

Hi,

the problem with the 32bit libraries on the control room desktop has 
been resolved, a lot of thanks to Paul Letta.
We do not need to log in to other servers anymore to run  EPICS CSS GUIs 
in the control room. We still see some
issues with the fonts but hopefully we will improve them sometime soon. 
So if you see problems with EPICS GUIs
please let me know.
