[Halld-controls] Hall D controls meeting on Feb 8, 2018

Hi,

Let's have a Hall D  controls  on Thursday, February 8  at
10:00am in CEBAF Center B101 just after the run plan meeting. I posted
the preliminary agenda on the wiki page:
