[Halld-controls] Hall D controls meeting on June 28, 2018

The DC source has been calibrated, so this morning we'll take it down to the Hall to allow it some time to warm up to operating conditions.

This afternoon we'll take the PXI offline to do calibrations on the ADC modules; so on-call should expect some alarms.

I'm holding off on swapping out the controller/chassis until I get a chance to test the new PTP server the CC is setting up. This will be a much nicer way of keeping the time in sync with the PXI since it has native software for this instead of the NTP workarounds we've been using.
