[Halld-controls] Hall D Solenoid PLC interface IOC reboot

Hi,

I need to reboot the EPICS IOC providing interface to the Hall D 
solenoid PLC.
I would like to do it on Monday,  March 12, at 10am in the morning. Let 
me know if
it interferes with any activity that you know so that I do it at a 
different time. Almost all
EPICS PVs for Hall D solenoid (Cryo, MPS, SOE ...) will be unavailable 
for a short period of time,
not more than 30 minutes.
