[Halld-controls] Interruptions in EPICS alarms system

Hi,

as we upgrade the operating systems on the gluon machines hosting MySQL 
database server and ActiveMQ broker,
we should expect some interruption for the EPICS alarm system at least 
today and tomorrow. Therefore, it would be
wise to periodically check EPICS variables for the systems you own since 
you may not get an alarm notifications or
see alarms at all.
Hopefully, the OS upgrade for our general purpose servers will be 
complete by the end of the week.
