[Halld-controls] Hall D controls meeting on June 13, 2019

Hi Tyler,

This looks good. Buttons do not seem to be there though. It would be 
good to have

some buttons or URL links somewhere to navigate to the screens. Do you 
link  these

to WMENU for the Hall C screens? We can talk about this tomorrow.
