[Halld-controls] Hall D controls meeting on June 13, 2019

Hi Peter,

something like this would be nice. We can discuss which screens to put 
there

first and what sections to have on Hall D WMENU  today. Note that the 
CSS screens keep changing,

so will we need to have some kind of mechanism or protocol to keep the 
edl screens there up-to-date.
