[Halld-controls] Hall D controls meeting on June 27, 2019

Nick,

I checked the configuration file for the linear stages of the goniometer.
Although the XPS boards can provide 3A, we run these two stages with 
0.2A peak current
and we keep them at rest with holding current of 0.1A .
