[Halld-controls] Network cables for remote reboots

Hi,

During our last controls meeting we discussed running new network cables 
to allow us to do remote resets for
the VME crates used by accelerator IOCs and for remote reset u1-10-top 
MPOD. These four network cables will all go to the
network switch in U1-6 rack (halld-u1-6-sw) and plug into 26-network 
ports. Note that there is already a network  cable
for the smart PDU in the u1-10 rack, but it goes to the switch that does 
not have available ports for 26 network.
We need to have the following (long) network cables :

 1. US1-1-TOP crate to halld-u1-6-sw
 2. US1-1-MID crate to halld-u1-6-sw
 3. US1-2-TOP crate to halld-u1-6-sw
 4. U1-10-PDU (the smart power strip in the back of U1-10) to halld-u1-6-sw
