[Halld-controls] MyaViewer obsolete

Hi,


the program that we used as a graphical interface for MYA called 
MyaViewer has been

declared obsolete. You may still be able to launch it, but it most 
likely will not show correct information.

Therefore, we should not use that program any longer, I probably will 
alias it at some point.

The new program is called myaPlot, you can find the manual for this 
program here (I believe on-site only):
