[Halld-controls] Router outage on Tuesday

Hi,

On Tuesday, October 13, JLAB networking group will be upgrading some of the
Hall D routers. This should not affect the controls network (26-network), but
will affect CODA DAQ. The outage time estimate is about 30 minutes. Please let me
know if this is a problem by noon On Monday, October 12.
