[Halld-controls] Hall D WEDM screens

Hi Hovanes,

I wasn't able to attend today's Slow Controls meeting, but I saw in your email  there was a point about the WEDM screens. Since the last discussion, I have updated a few things that you mentioned in emails.

1. TPOL converter label was fixed, now reads "Be 750 um" and matches CSS screen

2. Goniometer radiator type indicator was (hopefully) corrected. I'm not sure of a good way to check this besides waiting for the various positions and types to actually be used to see if they line up with the CSS screen.

3. Down stream pump speed readout added to solenoid vacuum status WEDM screen

4. New tagger NMR control screen in progress. New screen matches update to CSS screen. A "preliminary version" is at https://epicsweb.jlab.org/wedm/screen?edl=%2fcs%2fopshome%2fedm%2fhld%2ftagger_nmr_control-NEW.edl and if every thing looks good with it, I'll rename the .edl files so the JMenu link opens the new screen

I have not yet looked at changing the MPS status indicator on the WEDM screen from a numeric/enumerator indicator to a string, but will do that soon.
