The current spare is a PXIe-8840 Quad-Core, which is no longer recommended for new designs. The replacement is a PXIe-8861 RT.Just for reference here is the pricing of those controllers:PXIe-8840 Quad-Core RT = $ 10,420.00PXIe-8861 RT = $ 8,390.00The 8861 has a newer generation CPU with more performance over the 8840.
