[Halld-controls] BCAL Chiller Comm. -PLC control troubleshoot

Brian,
 I believe the ethernet cable is disconnected currently because, we needed to set the temperature locally (41 C) I f you plug in the Ethernet it will go to whatever remote temperature sensor setting it was previously and it’s not remotely controllable through epics. Should the Ethernet cable be hooked up to troubleshoot?

Hovanes,

I'm assuming that EPICS is trying to communicate with a PLC, do you know the hostname/IP for this?

I tried connecting to the US/DS BCAL PLCs but don't see any actual communications with a chiller, only an interlock signal.

Just got my JLab account unlocked.

Let me see if I can connect with the computer on Hall D that has PLC software installed, I don't think I've tested it with the BCAL stuff.
