The IOC for BCAL chiller is called RESET PLC IOC or CRATE RESET IOC or something. There is no direct EPICS to chiller communication now. RESET is the name of the PLC in question.Rebooting this IOC will trip FDC chiller. Sent from my Galaxy

I'm assuming that EPICS is trying to communicate with a PLC, do you know the hostname/IP for this?




I tried connecting to the US/DS BCAL PLCs but don't see any actual communications with a chiller, only an interlock signal.

Just got my JLab account unlocked.


Let me see if I can connect with the computer on Hall D that has PLC software installed, I don't
 think I've tested it with the BCAL stuff.

 of the BCAL chiller #3 temperature controller.


Currently our Logix 5000 Laptop is in IT being updated. Would
