[Halld-controls] Hall D controls meeting on Thursday, November 30th, 2023

Since we lost our monthly  Hall D controls meetings on Thanksgiving and we also will  lose the next one in December because of the Christmas break, I decided to set up a make up meeting this week to discuss the status of the slow controls related projects . The meeting will be this Thursday, November 30th at 10:00am. I posted preliminary agenda on the wiki page:
