Subject: Upcoming EEL Network Outage, 08/07/25

Hello All,

We need to upgrade the main CNI network switch for the EEL building. The planned upgrade is scheduled for Thursday, August 7, starting at 5:00 PM. The expected outage duration is between 2-3 hours, affecting all wired and wireless devices as well as phones in the building. Please note that devices connected to Accelerator network switches will not be impacted.

If you have any concerns about this scheduled work, please let me know. Otherwise, I will include this announcement in the JLab Weekly email on Wednesday.
