Hi, Rory,
I would like to attend the meeting. Friday will be more preferred if it is possible. Thanks!

Subject: Pion polarizability collaboration meeting Thursday Sept. 26
Dear collaborator,
As you may have heard, our pion polarizability proposal was accepted at the last JLab PAC with a scientific priority of "A-". There were only a couple of experiments that received "A" ratings, one of which was the flag-ship Hall D meson spectroscopy experiment; so I think we did well enough.
We would like to plan a collaboration meeting in the near future to discuss plans for moving forward. The date we've settled on is Thursday Sept. 26, probably starting at 1:30. Barbara Pasquini will attend the meeting, and she'll give a talk on pion polarizability and the gamma gamma -> pi pi reaction. She's also scheduled to give the JLab seminar on Friday Sept. 27 at 11:00.
If you would like to attend the meeting, but would prefer to meet on Friday afternoon Sept. 27, then let us know, a change might be possible. We can also setup a phone link to meeting.
There are a number of projects connected to the experiment that would be ideal topics for post-docs, grad students, and advanced undergraduate students, and their participation is very welcome.
Best regards,
Rory
