[Halld-cpp] Meeting time for charged pion polarizability experiment

Dear collaborator,

We want to establish a day/time to have a biweekly meeting to work on preparations for the charged pion polarizability (CPP) experiment.  Please fill in the doodle poll to let us know your availability, and ignore specific dates on the poll (i.e. Nov. 4-8), we just want to find a day of the week and time that’s best for most people.
