[Halld-cpp] Recap/response to ERR

Dear collaborators,

I think we presented the CPP and NPP experiments in a very good light yesterday at the ERR. Nevertheless, the committee -as any respectable committee should- has identified a range of recommendations, which we will need to address. From my viewpoint, our main weak point is the development of the MC and reconstruction that will be needed for the experiments. For that discussion, we need to include David. Tomorrow, we can use the usual NPP meeting time to review status, but I would prefer to modify that time if David is unable to attend.

David: Can you participate tomorrow at 11? (I have meetings before 11, but am free after that). If not, we can try to schedule a meeting early next week. Recall that the collaboration meeting starts on Wed. 

Note also that there is a "CPP Preparations and Report from ERR” scheduled for Thursday morning at 9:00. Rory: Would you like to give the report?
