[Halld-cpp] CPP Meeting tomorrow - 9:30 with Software Discussion beginning later

We have had some exchanges regarding the schedule for tomorrow. There is  much to discuss. Let me propose to go ahead and start our meeting at the usual time, 9:30 to cover usual CPP updates and transition into software. Sean can join us when he is available.
