[Halld-cpp] hd_root with custom translation table

Dear colleagues,

Here is the latest translation table from Justin:

/group/halld/Users/jrsteven/forHovanes/RunPeriod-2022-05/tt_RunPeriod-2022-05-default.xml 


If you want to run hd_root or hd_dump with this file you can do so with 
these JANA command line parameters

-PTT:NO_CCDB=1 
-PTT:XML_FILENAME=/group/halld/Users/jrsteven/forHovanes/RunPeriod-2022-05/tt_RunPeriod-2022-05-default.xml

At the moment, I do not yet see the evio files for Sergey's pulser run 
(100068) on cache, so I could not test it yet. I will have a look as 
soon I can see the files.
