[Halld-cpp] CTOF time difference

Hi All,
see here for a quick look at the time difference between bottom and top 
PMTs of each CTOF paddle
separate for ADC and TDC times. The wiki page also includes some code 
snippet to show what is
done as well as a supporting figure that shows that a CTOF trigger is 
most of the time unique.

I have no access to the pictures from Albert's analysis that were shown 
last Tuesday, so I can not compare to it.
