[Halld-cpp] [Revised Logentry] Proposal for CPP monitoring plot

Very nice indicator.
Would be interesting to compare these plots for high and  low rate runs.

I created a plugin which selects pi+pi- pairs with a missing lead nucleus and performs the kinematic fit. A nice peak can be seen at the Pb mass (193.7GeV) using the measured 4-vectors. The number of rho events is extracted by a BW fit on top of an exponential background.The extracted polarization is probably diluted by background.
