[Halld-cpp] Straight track run

Hi Lubomir,

The files for the first, 15min-long straight track run in raw mode can 
be found on the cache disk now:

/cache/halld/RunPeriod-2022-05/rawdata/Run100849/

The beam current is 30nA, the radiator is 1x10-4 Al. The trigger rate is 
about 1.5kHz and the live time around 70%. Only one FDC channel kept 
tripping and was left off after the 3rd try.

I started a second run (100850) with the same settings, and it has been 
running for nearly 30min. In the mean time, Sasha already prepared a DAQ 
configuration in sparse mode. We could switch over anytime. How much 
data do you need?
