[Halld-cpp] [New Logentry] nice clean omegas

looking at pi0 gamma final states with missing lead nucleus one finds a nice omega peak.
reaction: 1_111__1_7_m111
flags: M7 B4 S2

the "background" is mostly from "empty" target
the side bands from the pi0 (up for higher side mass, dw from lower side mass) do not contribute at all to the omega
mass region where there is almost no background left.

the empty target data was scaled according to the PS trigger rates.
