[Halld-cpp] [Revised Logentry] Preliminary FMWPC_Performance study

We used data from run 100556 and a modified version of the FMWPC_Performance plugin. The particle trajectories are required to match the TOF or the FCAL, have a momentum above 600MeV and intersect the FMWPC layers outside of the dead zone. We also required at hits in at least 3 layers of the FMWPC, and definitely in the last layer.
Initially, the correlation between the coordinates measured by the FMWPC layers and reconstructed tracks was washed out by many noise hits around the dead zone [figure:1]
This was substantially cleaned up by a narrow timing cut suggested by Ilya [figure:2] [figure:3]
We see a component of the spatial resolution which is around 5cm for the first few planes (see parameter p2), about a factor of 2 larger than for MC.
