[Halld-cpp] status

Hi All,

just was in the hall:
1) the VXS crate has now power
2) there is also AC 120V reg. power available in the rack.
3) the crimp tool loan has been approved yesterday and is now shipped to 
the company
4) Chris is right now connecting the LV boxes to the wire chambers
