[Halld-cpp] [New Logentry] LV problem with chamber 3 identified

the picture clearly shows the issue with the LV on chamber 3 and in fact with any chamber.
the connection between the LV PCB board and the main PCB board for the wires is heavily severed.
the reason is that the little LV PCB board strongly flexes when the banana plugs are pushed in while the connection for this LV PCB
to the main PCB is not flexible at all.

Issues:
a) this means that all other chambers have the same problem
b) in order to avoid further damage to other chambers we must not touch the LV on the chambers and if we would need to
we have to be very careful not to bend the PCB board in any way.
c) the shield can NOT be removed because some of the bold are used to hold be brackets which in turn hold the whole chamber
to the iron.
d) in order to access the LV PCB board the flaps at the ends of the shielding box have to be unscrewed, bent open partly cut into
 to provide enough space.
