[Halld-cpp] progress report to JLAB management

Hi Rory,
towards the end of this week we have to report to JLAB management about 
the progress of the CPP
experiment. We can further discuss this tomorrow in our regular CPP meeting.
We will need to answer the following questions:
1) what is the current progress
2) what is the status of the calibration and preparations for reconstruction
3) support the efforts with a few plots regarding pi+ pi- charged track 
events.
