[Halld-cpp] Monitoring Launch 2022-05 ver18: CPP/NPP

Dear Colleagues,

We completed yet another monitoring launch for the 2022-05 CPP/NPP data 
set. We only used 5 files per run this time, and we are still trying to 
understand an ambiguity between events triggered by TOF and FCal.
