I forgot to mention. To see pi0, I have to apply an energy threshold on the cluster of 950 MeV, making it difficult to find the energy dependence correction needed. The current energy dependence correction only corrects for energy below 1 GeV. This is the GlueX way, the only twik PrimEx introduced is to do this correction per ring.
So to analyze the raw data set the following option must be used:
FCAL:LOAD_NONLIN_CCDB 0
FCAL:SHOWER_POSITION_LOG 1
And when the REST file are produced only
FCAL:LOAD_NONLIN_CCDB 0
tks ig.

Beni & Elton,
Based on my FCAL LED skim analysis which shows for most blocks above ring/square 3 a stable behavior i.e. a variation of the LED light collected by less than +/- 2%, only two calibration tables for the software gain are needed:
1 for runs 100408-100959
2 for runs 100961-101622
But, the gain matched is only done when a pi0 is visible. For the blocks belonging to ring below 4 and above ring 17, no pi0 is visible, thus no gain matched is done for these blocks, and are all set to 1.
For period 2, or runs 100961-101622, there is a minor issue with the RF time which is off for some runs but it seems these are excluded from the list of good runs.
So to summarize, there are two time-offset tables and two gain tables, a pedestal table for each run, and bad block mapping for each run.
The reports can be found here:

tks ig.
