[Halld-cpp] Monitoring Launch 2022-05 ver14: CPP/NPP

Hi all,
I scanned though the tagger microscope looking at column 19 as reference.
see the attached file.
for the most part it looks ok, there are a few runs where you see 
"double peak" structure
meaning the RF timing is off, but this is only a very few.
most runs that I found issues with is the walk correction not applied.
out of the 774 runs 29 runs had issues.

for example runs 100580 100760 and 100761 show a double peak structure.
