[Halld-cpp] Monitoring Launch 2022-05 ver25: CPP/NPP

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed a new monitoring launch for the 2022-05 CPP/NPP data 
set. It used the recently updated version_5.14.2.xml. For the 740 runs 
selected with the RCDB query "@is_cpp_production and status>0", we 
processed 5 evenly-spaced files throughout the duration of each run.

The merged histogram files can be found on the work disk at:

The REST files, random trigger skims and several trees are saved on cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2022-05/ver25/REST/
