[Halld-cpp] timing of CPP tracks

Hi All,
attached you find a printout of my Jupyter notebook looking at the CPP 
timing
of tracks and also a comparison with a GlueX run.
I think the timing is ok but in CPP there is a significant contribution from
tracks originating not from the target at z=1cm but much further downstream
at the start of the FDC.
