[Halld-cpp] FCAL Configuration for MC Analysis & NPP Run Grouping

Hi all,
As Elton asked in today's meeting,
I am sending the plugin option for the config file to be used in MC analysis to disable non-working FCAL modules:
FCAL:REMOVE_BAD_BLOCK 1
Based on FCAL and trigger conditions, I have divided the NPP runs into 9 groups.
Below is the list:
(Group – Reference Run – First Run – Last Run)

4   101036   101033   101076
