[Halld-cpp] [EXTERNAL] CPP di-lepton polarization/nuclear charge form factor Abstract for APS 2026

Hi all,

I plan to submit the attached abstract for the APS 2026 spring meeting on
mu+ mu- polarization and determination of the RMS charge radius of lead
with mu+mu- and e+e- pairs in the CPP dataset. Comments and feedback would
be greatly appreciated!
