It has nothing to do with the flux. For my CPP/NPP simulation I am using an histogram for the incident photon beam generation. So at the generation level, there are photons. The issue is at the reconstruction level of simulated data, the BeamPhoton list is
empty for most of the runs.</div>

There seems to be an issue with the tagger simulation for most of the runs no photons are tagged. Did anyone check that? What should be the options used in the configuration file?</div>
